І. A request is submitted for the service „Request for survey of the conditions for connecting a facility to the electricity distribution network”.
Documents required by the customer for “Request for survey of the conditions for connecting a facility to the electricity network”:
- A sketch with visa for a design for the facility or an approved by the respective Municipality a Detailed Site Development Plan (pursuant to art. 140 or art. 150 from the Territory Act) and an Order to legislate it.
- A document evidencing the ownership or the title to property.
- In case of tenancy contract –notary certified approval of the owner.
- A power of attorney to submit the request(if not in person).
- For business customers–a valid legal status of the company certificate (in case the company has not been re-registered); a copy of BULSTAT and court registration.
- Copies of the above documents are acceptable!
- The documents are submitted in person or by a person authorized before a notary!
- Deadline for issuing a connection statement and a preliminary contract – 30 days.
ІІ. A request to be submitted for signing a„Connection contract”.
Documents required by the customer for signing a contract for connecting a facility to the electricity distribution network:
- A permit for reconstruction of facility(for a facility intended for reconstruction).
- Construction permit in conformity to Ordinance №6and the Territory Act.
- A permit for placing a portable facility, issued by the respective Municipality.
- A copy of a statement/a preliminary contract.
- A copy of draft designs –parts Electricity, including One-line diagram of Main distribution board and set fitting location, pursuant to a connection statement, architecture, water and sewage pipes and vertical planning.
- Copies of the above documents are acceptable!
- The documents are submitted in person or by a person authorized before a notary!
- Deadline for contract preparation– 30days.
ІІІ. A request for signing a „Contract for sale of electricity”.
A contract for sale of electricity is signed after:
- Signing a connection contract.
- Payment of the connection price set in the connection contract.
- Construction of connection equipment.

- Permit For Use Of The Facility
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ENCLOSE TO THE REQUEST!!!
- Permit for use of the facility.
- Document evidencing title to facility.
- Bulstat.
- A legal status of the company certificate (if the company has not been re-registered).
- Company decision.
- Tax registration.
- Deadline for rendering the service – 7days.
